This is a coached high energy conditioning class that challenges all of the body’s metabolic pathways. These sessions develop your energy systems through the use of low and high intensity conditioning methods, and feature a range of equipment such as air bikes, rowing machines, ski machines, pushing sleds and battle ropes.
Group training is the cornerstone of what we offer here at Gymteq. Our group programme is ideal for those who want to work hard with others in a fun and supportive environment. All group sessions are coach led with a maximum of 12 participants in each class. The gym space has been designed with these sessions in mind, to ensure that everyone has enough space and equipment to complete their session without any interruptions.
